It Ends With Us controversy is getting messier each day. The first lawsuit against the director and actor Justin Baldoni was filed by the film’s lead star Blake Lively on December 31, 2024. Now the actress has made some changes in the lawsuit and has submitted the amended copy 163-page to a New York Federal court. Lively has made some news claims and allegations in this updated lawsuit. What Are Blake Lively’s New Claims In Lawsuit Against Justin Baldoni
Blake Lively submitted the amended lawsuit against It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni on Tuesday, February 18. As per Blake Lively’s attorneys, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, the amended lawsuit has some strong pieces of evidence to back the actor’s original claims against Baldoni. As per the news reports, the amended lawsuit also has some “previously undisclosed communications”.
As per the news reports, the amended lawsuit also claims other women talked to Blake Lively about feeling uncomfortable around Justin Baldoni and they could not speak up against it out of fear. The lawsuit also has a fresh defamation against the false statements made by the defendant in response to Blake Lively’s original complaint.
For the unversed, Blake Lively accused Justin Baldoni of alleged s*xual harassment on the set of It Ends With Us. The actress also claimed that the director made uncomfortable comments about women’s bodies and that he randomly spoke about his sexual encounters during the shoot. Lively also claimed that he improvised a kissing scene during the filming of the movie.
However, Justin Baldoni has dismissed the allegations and he also put a defamation case against the actress.
