Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni Court Battle
After the announcement of the final dates, Blake Lively’s team has sent out two subpoenas to publicists associated with Justin Baldoni. However, his attorneys, on the other hand, had asked for a week to gather the documents. In addition to the deposition, reports also suggest that the duo’s case will be headed towards trials. A statement issued by Lively and her team stated, “The ultimate moment for a plaintiff’s story to be told is at trial. We expect that to be the case here [with Lively]. So we would, of course, expect her to be a witness at her trial.”
Meanwhile, Justin’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, also told TMZ that he was looking forward to questioning the actress under oath. He stated that she would have to provide evidence and the truth. The trials for the It Ends With Us case are set to begin in March 2026.
