According to Blake Lively’s draft contract for It Ends With Us, submitted in the Southern District of New York, Lively would have received $ 100,000 (approximately Rs. 83 lakh) for an Oscar nomination and $200,000 (approximately Rs. 1.66 crore) for winning. A Golden Globe Award would have given the actress a bonus of 5,000 USD (Rs 62.25 lakh) for a nomination and 100,000 USD (Rs 83 lakh) for a win, while a SAG Award nomination would have brought home 50,000 USD (Rs 41.5 lakh) and 75,000 USD (Rs 62.25 lakh) for a win. The draft also guaranteed 250,000 (Rs 2.075 crore) for achieving big box office milestones, three to five times the production cost.
According to the contract, Blake Lively would have been given 1,500 USD (Rs 1.25 lakh) in assistant fees, a personal driver, a personal pop-out trailer, and a USD 1,000-per-week (Rs 83,000) allowance for training and meals while filming in New York City and New Jersey. For Las Vegas shoots, the contract entitled her to take her two nannies, assistant, and security team by private plane.
Blake Lively Refused To Sign The Contract
The offer contract also demanded that all disagreements between Lively and the producers be resolved in Los Angeles instead of open court. Despite the lucrative terms of the contract, Blake Lively, however, declined to sign the contract, which is said to date back to 2023.
The news comes as Lively continues his court battle against Justin Baldoni, 41, and co-defendants at Wayfarer Studios for s*xual harassment on film and an alleged cyber smear campaign. Blake Lively brought the suit in December 2024, with trial set for March 2026.
