On September 26, BlackPink member Rosé announced a highly anticipated global collaboration with Atlantic Records, in collaboration with TheBlackLabel. She announced the exciting deal in an Instagram post, along with her finsta handle for admirers to follow. But what are the remaining members doing? While all four BlackPink members have renewed their contracts with YG Entertainment for group activities, they have decided not to prolong their individual contracts, allowing each member to pursue solo enterprises separately.
What The BlackPink Members Are Doing?
1. Lalisa Manobal
Lisa is already a busy figure in the fashion industry, representing luxury companies such as Bulgari, Celine, MAC, and Prada. She also joined the casts of The Walking Dead and The White Lotus. Suan Dusit University’s survey ranked her as Thailand’s most influential figure among celebrities and politicians, showing her significant impact. She also established her own label, LLOUD, to promote her vision for music and entertainment initiatives.

2. Kim Jennie
In late December 2023, Jennie announced the launch of her new label, Odd Atelier (OA), which will manage her projects. Despite receiving poor reviews for her debut on HBO’s The Idol, Jennie remained undeterred and is now a member of the cast of the variety show Apartment 404. She also checked off another item on her bucket list by participating in the Jacquesmus “La Casa” performance, which celebrated its 15th anniversary.
3. Kim Jisoo
Jisoo, the eldest member, is actively planning her forthcoming ventures. The artist, who was recently seen in Paris at Dior’s Paris Fashion Week, has also started her own company Blisoo, which wants to “transcend the boundaries of genres and fields, to share the happiness that JISOO creates in her own unique way.” Jisoo, who had her acting debut in the K-drama Snowdrop, will also appear in the zombie romance drama Influenza, which will premiere later this year. In addition, she will make her cinematic debut in Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint, which is based on a popular Korean web novel.
