BLACKPINK’s Rosé released her global hit song APT featuring Bruno Mars on October 18, 2024. The song was almost like a surprise drop, as the singer only hinted at the collaboration 2 days before its release without putting out any teaser or trailer for the video. However, upon its release, he song instantly became a hit due to its catchy beats and simple yet eye-catching music video.
APT went to achieve historic success, cementing the song to be one of the most successful tracks put out by a K-pop artist. The song also climbed to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and won multiple awards, such as Song Of The Summer at the MTV Video Music Awards 2025.
