Jennie, for her solo set, performed 3 songs, ‘Like Jennie,’ ‘Starlight, ‘ and ‘ExtraL, ‘ and lit the stage on fire. Viral clips from the concert show fans screaming all the lyrics along with Jennie and the crowd breaking into loud applause as BLACKPINK’s Jennie danced to the dance break of ‘ExtraL’. Concertgoers praised the singer’s energy and charisma while also pointing out how stable she sounded while singing the songs.
BLACKPINK Jennie’s Jakarta performance shut down various troll comments that are often directed towards the K-pop idol. Jennie is often labelled as a lazy dancer by many. People also accuse her of discriminating between BLACKPINK’s asian and Western shows, alleging that Jennie performs better in non-asian countries.
