Here’s Why The Internet Is Convinced BLACKPINK Jennie And BTS V Are Dating!

Dating rumours between BTS V and BLACKPINK’s Jennie have resurfaced once again. The speculation between the two K-pop idols started when both of them were spotted attending American rapper Tyler, the Creator’s concert in Seoul. Their joint appearance has reignited rumours among fans about their long-standing rumoured relationship, with multiple theories emerging on social media. Read on to find out more.

Dating Rumours Between BLACKPINK Jennie And BTS V

Fans of BTS and BLACKPINK noticed that three BTS members, J-Hope, RM and V were spotted attending American Rapper Tyler, the Creator’s concert in Seoul. The trio were spotted dancing at the concert and even took pictures with him backstage. Notably, at the same time, BLACKPINK’s Jennie also uploaded pictures from her own meeting with Tyler. 

Netizens were quick to notice many overlapping details in pictures posted both by Jennie and V. The reason why many internet users believe that the pair might be dating is that they have been spotted several times at the same locations and with the same people

Both of them were seen holding similar pieces of merchandise, and BTS V was also recently seen sporting a necklace that appeared to have the initial ‘JV’ engraved in it. BLACKPINK’ Jennie’s friend and creative partner Chariman also shared a post of V’s ceremonial pitch at the  Los Angeles Dodgers game, he used a Jennie song in the background of the post. 

Further evidence of the two supposedly dating came when, back in August, V posted an Instagram story featuring a Winnie the Pooh illustration from A.A. Milne’s classic When We Were Very Young. Fans were quick to tie back the illustration to the time an alleged picture of BLACKPINK Jennie and BTS V was leaked, where the two wore matching Winnie the Pooh T-shirts.

While a significant chunk of people seem to be convinced that the two top K-pop idols are dating, others say that the so-called evidence might be just a coincidence and people should respect the idols’ personal lives without constantly linking them to each other.
