A shocking allegation has been made against the Telugu actor and Bigg Boss fame Ashu Reddy. She has been accused of marriage fraud, and the complaint has been filed in Hyderabad. FIR Filed Against Ashu Reddy
The complaint has reportedly been filed by an NRI family. Going by the Siasat report, Satyanarayana, a resident of Shaikpet in Hyderabad, has filed the complaint against Ashu Reddy on behalf of his son, YV Dharmendra. The latter is a London-based Software engineer. As per the complaint, the two had met each other in 2018, and the complainant has alleged that Ashu Reddy had made false marriage promises to his son and had convinced him to come into a relationship.
Furthermore, he alleged in the complaint that his son had spent a lot of money on Ashu Reddy to provide her with luxury cars, properties and gold worth 5 kgs. As per the complaint, all of the items were registered under Ashu Reddy’s name, and later she backed out of the marriage promises. She has also been accused of taking 50 lakhs from the complainant’s son and not returning the money later. The complaint has been registered against her and her family members.
The investigation into the matter is currently ongoing.
What Did Ashu Reddy Say?
The actor made an official statement on social media in which she dismissed all the allegations against her. She called the claims misleading and false, and also warned of legal actions against the spreading of unverified information.
