Bigg Boss 19: Amaal Mallik Opens Up About Painful Childhood Memories, Calls Anu Mallik Evil-Hearted
Bigg Boss 19 contestant Amaal Mallik recently opened up about his family struggles in the latest episode of the reality show. The famous music composer and singer comes from a revered musical family as he is the son of Daboo Mallik and nephew of Anu Mallik. However, Amaal revealed that their family is not on talking terms with each other after several instances. He also revealed that his mother was mistreated by his father when she was pregnant with him.
Amaal Mallik Opens Up About Family Struggles On Bigg Boss 19
In a heartfelt conversation with fellow contestant Baseer Ali, Amaal opened up about his mother’s pregnancy struggles. In a candid conversation, he shared that his mom had to suffer a lot when she was pregnant. The family used to make her work a lot to the point that once she ended up smashing her hand against a cupboard in anger.
The Bigg Boss 19 contestant also gave viewers a glimpse into his troubled family relations with uncle Anu Mallik. Amaal said that Anu once used one of Daboo Mallik’s songs without giving him credit. He further recalled how his father had felt helpless in the situation. Amaal revealed how Anu once mocked his father by pretending to give him a chance by making him record a 3-year-old track, which was already sung by Udit Narayan.
Baseer Ali then asked Amaal the reason behind his uncle’s behaviour, and to that Amaal replied by saying that he has an evil heart. He called up a childhood memory of his by telling how once, when he was 7 years old, Anu Mallik had left him deserted outside while Juhu was flooded, and he was stuck outside with water up to his chest.

Amaal further went on to blame Anu Mallik’s wife for his uncle’s change in behaviour, calling wives a big issue.’ Amaal further shared that his father always told them to help each other to grow and credited his mom for their success.
