If shaming others for their physical features were a sport, Bigg Boss 19’s contestants would definitely win a gold medal. The recent episode of the show is a true testament to the same. Fans couldn’t help but ignore the body-shaming remarks made on Ashnoor Kaur by the fellow contestants, including Tanya Mittal, Neelam Giri, and Kunickaa Sadanand. Sadly, this is still happening in 2025.
Ashnoor Kaur Faces Bodyshaming!
The avid Bigg Boss 19 fans, who saw the recent episode’s live feed, witnessed Tanya Mittal, Neelam Giri and Kunickaa Sadanand body-shame Ashnoor Kaur. Along with them, Amaal Mallik and Shehbaz Badesha were also heard commenting on her body. Tanya was heard saying Ashnoor was roaming with “fugge jaisa” (balloon-like) face. Tanya, along with Neelam, also criticised how her Weekend ka Vaar outfit looked on her body. Neelam was heard saying that Ashnoor looked like a grandmother. In the live episode, Kucnickaa stated that her 13-year-old niece knows what to eat and what not to eat.
Singer Amaal Malik also added to this body-shaming and said that she looked like an egg. On the other hand, Shehbaz said that even after exercising, Ashnoor looked fat. He also commented that she had become like a Thepla herself!

This obviously did not sit well with the social media users. People are having discussions about the same. Many hoped that Salman Khan would address this during the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar! A person on Reddit called this situation “Pathetic.” Another person expressed disappointment over Kunicka claiming to be a feminist and commenting on someone who’s very junior to her.
Sadly, people are still subjected to such cruel statements in this era. Men should especially not comment on women’s bodies, period! It stings a lot more when women do such things, which makes others believe that women can be other women’s worst enemies. Along with the netizens, we also hope Salman Khan addresses this situation and finally, some sense is drilled into people’s heads!
