He questioned their behaviour and mocked their claims of being spiritual and peaceful, saying that their attitude lacked any empathy or depth. Furthermore, he also commented on Farrhana’s previous remarks about television and pointed out that despite her limited work in films like Notebook and Simmba, she displayed an unwarranted sense of superiority.
After the episode, Bhatt’s team and many fans responded strongly to this incident on social media. Her team reposted several Instagram stories condemning Khan’s treatment of her, expressing that while she may have made mistakes, the public humiliation was not needed and excessive. They also pointed out why she seemed to be singled out while others were not held accountable for worse behaviours.
