I used to dream that I had taken over Ambani’s business, Sushmita Sen had handed over her crown to me, and I was more beautiful than Aishwarya Rai. But how could this happen?” She said that even her mother thought that something was wrong with her.
The Bigg Boss 19 contestant also opened up about growing up in a traditional and restrictive Baniya family. She said that she was not allowed to stay out of the house after 6 pm or talk to boys on the phone. She even said that they expected a girl to learn nothing except cooking. Despite not graduating from college, Tanya represented India globally at Miss Asia Crown. She said that India won after 12 years in the competition, and she proudly tells everyone that she was just a 12th pass when they ask about her qualifications.
