In the recent episode, Sara Afreen Khan got vulnerable and opened up about giving birth to her twins after having two miscarriages.
Sara Afreen Khan On Her Miscarriages
In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 18, Sara Afreen Khan recalled the vulnerable moments when suffered two miscarriages. She even revealed that even at those vulnerable times, when she gave birth to her twins, her husband Afreen Khan was not by her side because he had to leave for a conference where five thousand people were waiting for him. Khan even burst out in tears as she said she felt bad when people and even Bigg Boss made fun of her husband’s profession as a mind coach. She said, “It is a bread and butter. We know how we have earned and made this position.”
Sara Afreen Khan On Her Post-Partum Journey
The famous television actor highlighted some essential diet points and even her workout routine. She was seen saying that post-partum was the most important time for a woman as because of its impact on the physique and health of a new mother. She revealed that even though one needs to rest, they should work out once the resting period is over as one might get used to their excessive weight. She said, “Besides the longer you leave, the harder it gets to shed that postpartum weight.”
Talking further about her fitness journey, she said that fitness is more important for her now than ever as she can indulge in physical activities with her kids more. She said that she works out four times a week, post which she has 20 minutes of weight training. She even revealed that she tries to maintain a protein workout.
