Bigg Boss 18 is here in a bigger and better avatar, with Salman Khan set to return as its host of the newest season. The contestant list details are yet to be revealed but rumours are swirling around a few names from the TV Industry. Now in the latest report, it is being said that Actor Shilpa Shirodkar, sister of Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu’s wife Namrata Shirodkar has been confirmed as a contestant for Bigg Boss 18.

In a report by the Indian Express, it was confirmed that Shilpa Shirodkar is one of the contestants for Bigg Boss. For the unversed, Shilpa Shirodkar is the younger sister of former actress Namrata Shirodkar, who is married to Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu. Shilpa Shirodkar has also worked in Bollywood, where she made her debut in Ramesh Sippy’s film Bhrashtachar (1989), co-starring Mithun Chakraborty and Rekha.
Moreover, Shilpa has also starred opposite Anil Kapoor in Kishen Kanhaiya which was released in 1990. She also has films such as Trinetra (1991) and Hum (1991), Khuda Gawah (1992), Aankhen (1993), Pehchaan (1993), Gopi Kishan (1994), Bewafa Sanam (1995) and Mrityudand (1997) in her portfolio. After a 13-year hiatus, Shilpa decided to make a comeback to the film industry with the Zee TV series Ek Mutthi Aasmaan in 2013.
