Bigg Boss 17 has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride, with emotions running high and tensions escalating within the contestants’ confines. The latest episode, however, took a darker turn as Mannara Chopra, one of the contestants, made a derogatory comment that raised eyebrows and drew gasps from both the housemates and the viewers.

Mannara’s behaviour has been spiralling downwards since the recent nomination task, where she found herself on the chopping block. Seemingly unable to cope with the pressure, she began lashing out at her fellow contestants for the slightest reason. From Munawar Faruqui to Rinku Dhawan and Jigna Vora, no one seemed to escape Mannara’s verbal onslaught. In a surprising turn of events, Mannara expressed her desire to leave the Bigg Boss house. Tears streaming down her face, she sought solace in isolation. It was then that Ankita Lokhande, despite being labelled as ‘fake’ by Mannara just recently, stepped in to console her distressed co-contestant.

Ankita, in a rare moment of unity, put aside their differences and offered guidance to Mannara. However, the solace was short-lived, as Mannara, in the midst of her emotional turmoil, let slip a derogatory comment during her conversation with Ankita, targeting a contestant named Khanzaadi. “I want to go home, I am not a personality like this. I want to keep my performance good. Abhi main joh aap ko words bol rahi hoon maybe woh harsh ho or is not according to the show’s format. Par Main nahi dekh sakti aisi characterless ladkiyaan… Jaise hota hai jhoothe affairs and I am not talking about Isha here, let me make it very specific. I don’t like this, and I am a very private person. Maybe my definition of characterless is different,” Mannara expressed, her words laden with disdain.

The intensity of Mannara’s comment reverberated in the house, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Ankita, quick to react, interrupted Mannara, asserting that nobody in the house was characterless. However, Mannara, far from showing remorse, smirked and laughed off the interruption, further deepening the mystery behind her sudden change in behavior.

Earlier during a heated disagreement with Ankita, Mannara asserted to her that Isha intends to exploit her. Mannara claimed that Isha is attempting to make her an assistant and constantly shadowing her. Mannara even went as far as to comment on Isha’s relationship, saying, “Jo apne boyfriend ki nahi hui.” However, Ankita intervenes, strongly reprimanding Mannara for scrutinizing a 19-year-old girl’s character. Ankita admonishes Mannara, exclaiming, “Are you questioning my character? What nonsense are you uttering?”

As the game inside the Bigg Boss house takes unexpected turns, it’s clear that trust among contestants is becoming a rare commodity. Mannara’s struggle to cope with the pressures of the game and her tendency to make derogatory remarks may not only impact her standing in the house but also leave a lasting impression on the viewers. The drama unfolds, and the audience eagerly awaits the next episode to see how the dynamics within the house continue to evolve.
