Recently, war films have taken a forefront in Hindi Cinema, and the most recent one was Border 2, which was quite a success at the box-office. After this, Bhushan Kumar is now gearing up for another project and this one will reportedly be with director Vivek Agnihotri. The duo has joined hands for another big film that will be on Operation Sindoor. Close sources have confirmed the news. Read here for more.
Bhushan Kumar, Vivek Agnihotri Join Hands
Bhushan Kumar and Vivek Agnihotri will come together for a massive film on Operation Sindoor. As per a Pinkvilla report, this film will be produced under the banner of T-Series and Buddha Production, and will be directed by Vivek Agnihotri. Not much has been revealed about this project as of now.
For the unversed, Operation Sindoor was India’s retaliation to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir in which many civilians lost their lives. This codename was used for operation where India targeted some terrorist sites in Pakistan. This Operation was launched on May 4, 2025.

For the unversed, Vivek Agnihotri has directed films like The Bengal Files, The Kashmir Files, The Tashkent Files and The Vaccine War,. As for Bhushan Kumar, he is known for several films like Animal, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2,3, Kabir Singh and Raid 2 among many others.

Bhushan Kumar recently backed Border 2 will featured Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty. The film was directed Anurag Singh and was based on the 1971 India-Pak war. It was a standalone sequel to JP Dutta’s Border that released in 1997. The film received mixed reactions.
