We have seen many films on underworld dons and mafias that are based in Mumbai. Such stories are bound to have a lot of action scenes, bloodshed, hatred and intense storylines. Bambai Meri Jaan is another addition to this list. The trailer for this series directed by Shujaat Saudagar dropped on August 4 and the cast looks really exciting. It stars brilliant actors like Kay Kay Menon, Avinash Tiwary, Kritika Kamra, Amyra Dastur and Nivedita Bhattacharya in important roles. Written by S. Hussain Zaidi and produced by Excel Media and Entertainment’s Ritesh Sidhwani, Kassim Jagmagia and Farhan Akhtar, Bambai Meri Jaan looks strong on performances and plot too!

As the name goes, Bambai Meri Jaan is based in the city of Mumbai and will revolve around the lives of two gangsters who wish to gain control and power by any means. Avinash Tiwary will be seen in the role of one of the gangsters and as always, he looks quite promising in his role. Kay Kay Menon will play a cop and Avinash’s father and they are both quite opposite in their principles in life. Both the actors are completely in their characters and we have a lot of expectations from them for this one. Bambai Meri Jaan looks like a perfect watch for people who are interested in watching movies that have violent action scenes, gun firings, fights between two deadly gangsters and personal revenge. Kritika Kamra looks refreshing in a badass role and we are looking forward to her character too!

Bambai Meri Jaan seems like a good balance of plot, and motive and at the same time filled with bloodshed action sequences. The original series is all set to premiere on Prime Videos on September 14, 2023.
