Reddit Compares Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan Song With The OG Track. Kaafi Killer Comments!

Actors Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff have joined hands for the upcoming film–Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. Featruing the two actors, the film’s title track is not even close to the original song filmed on the OGs Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda. Set against the lovely backdrop of dusty stairs, sand and deserted hills, and massive structures, the actors portrayed rugged looks, matching the visual vibe of the song.

And as soon as the song dropped, Bollywood lovers came creeping into the comments section, comparing the new title track with the original one. Going back to the original track, which was filmed on Amitabh Bachchan, and Govinda. The popular song from the 1998 film–Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, was interesting spin on Bollywood’s love for colourful costumes, dance and songs.

Ripping the song apart and sharing their opinions on the comparisons, Redditors couldn’t keep it in them and blurted their opinions out. In a reddit thread, we spotted netizens speaking about the OG track–”This is how u make song! The chemistry, energy and most important to enjoy and vibe out!”

Comparing the two songs, redditors spoke about the chemistry between Bachchan and Govinda. Besides the catchy lyrics of the song, they praised their costumes and mentioned how impeccable was the choreography here, in comparison with the new track. Some others also talked about how Amitabh Bachchan, being a senior actor would often wait on the sets of the filming for Govinda.

What most also missed in the new track were the vocals of legendary singer Udit Narayan, who gave his voice to the original track. Well, nobody can beat him!

The new film featuring Kumar and Shroff also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, and Ronit Bose Roy. It is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and will hit the theatres on April 9.
