Arbaaz Khan, currently promoting his upcoming film Bandaa Singh Chaudhary, has spoken about the recent murder of politician Baba Siddique, expressing the grief felt by the Khan family. Siddique, a long-time friend of the Khans and a well-known figure in the Mumbai film industry, was shot dead in Mumbai on October 12. Authorities suspect the involvement of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, claiming the hit was due to Siddique’s close association with actor Salman Khan.
During a press conference, Arbaaz reflected on Siddique’s impact, noting his deep connection with their family and the film industry. He mentioned that Siddique was a central figure, especially during Eid gatherings where he would bring together the entire Bollywood community. Arbaaz expressed sorrow over his passing, highlighting the emptiness left by Siddique’s absence, which has affected the Khan family and the wider film fraternity.
Addressing the ongoing situation, Arbaaz mentioned that the family is taking all necessary precautions to ensure Salman Khan’s safety, particularly after the shooting incident outside his Bandra residence earlier this year. The Bishnoi gang, which had previously issued threats to Salman, is believed to have escalated its activities, prompting the family and authorities to remain on high alert. Arbaaz noted that although the family is doing their best to cope, they are still struggling to come to terms with the recent developments and are actively working with the police and the government for Salman’s protection.
