Netflix’s Kpop Demon Hunters has taken the world by storm. The animated film has become the most-streamed piece of content on the streaming platform, dethroning Squid Game season 1. While the characters of the film are widely loved, even the cast behind them is gaining recognition. Recently, the KPop Demon Hunters cast attended the VMAs, and Audrey Nuna, who plays Mira in the film, wore a dress that became the talk of the town. Read on to know more! 

Audrey Nuna’s Red Carpet Homage To Kpop Demon Hunters At The VMAs

The voice behind the fictional K-pop group HUNTR/X attended the prestigious MTV VMAs last night. Their song ‘Golden’ was nominated for the category of Song Of The Summer. Aside from their riveting presence, it was Audrey Nuna’s peculiar outfit that caught the audience’s attention. Nuna cahnneled her inner Mira by walking the carpet that looked eerily similar to Mira’s iconic Met Gala look. 

Audrey Nuna’s red carpet look was chic and yet managed to be a perfect homage to Mira. The only difference in their outfits was that Audrey’s outfit was unzipped, and she donned a quirky hairstyle. Fans loved Audrey Nuna’s ‘sleeping bag’ look and dubbed it iconic. They appreciated how much effort both the stylists and the artist put into the VMAs outfit. 

The three ladies EJAE, Rei Ami and Audrey Nuna, who voice the characters of Rumi, Zoey and Mira in Kpop Demon Hunters, also presented at the award show. They took the stage to present Album Of The Year to Sabrina Carpenter for Short N Sweet.

KPop Demon Hunters is an animated musical fantasy film released by Netflix and produced by Sony Pictures Animation. The film follows a fictional K-pop girl group called HUNTR/X who also secretly fight demons. They battle various supernatural entities, including a rival boy group called the Saja Boys. Right after its release, the film gained phenomenal success, including its soundtrack with the title track ‘Golden’ charting #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.
