Why Fans Are Not Happy With ASTRO’s Upcoming Song For Late Moonbin? Know Here!
ASTRO's upcoming song for Moonbin sparks mixed fan reactions.

Recently, ASTRO announced that they are going to release a new song. This song is meant to honour Moonbin, who sadly passed away in 2023. The title of the song is ‘Moon’, and it will be released on April 19th. Not just ASTRO members but other K-pop idols like VIVIZ, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, Billlie’s Moon Sua, and others are also featured on it.
Created by Moonbin’s friends and other artists, it aims to bring comfort to the fans. But there’s an issue. The reaction isn’t exactly positive. Many fans feel that the remaining members of ASTRO should not be used to make money in this way. They expressed concern that the tribute might be more about profit than remembrance. Despite this negative reaction from some, other fans have different views. They asked whether the people saying such things are real fans.
For the unversed, Moonbin passed away on April 19, 2023. He was a member of the popular South Korean boy band ASTRO. He was found at his home in Seoul by his manager. The police believed his death was a s*icide.
The different reactions from fans definitely add a complex layer. While some appreciate the tribute song as a way to remember him, others are worried about the motives behind it. Moreover, the K-pop group is also going to hold a concert. The upcoming concert will also include their former member Rocky.
