Exclusive: Ashnoor Kaur On Managing Periods During Outdoor Shoots, “I Wear Three Pads At Once…”
The actress shared a hack she uses when being on periods during outdoor shoots.
Dealing with periods is always a hassle. We all have been there, sitting in cold sweat because that one time you left the house and your period had the worst timing. Well, you are not alone during these situations because in an exclusive conversation with The Male Feminist, hosted by Siddhaarth Aalambayan, Ashnoor Kaur opened up about dealing with periods while shooting outdoors. Ashnoor Kaur recalled one particular incident where she was shooting outside. The location had a problem with the bathroom, so she was not able to change her pads frequently. “I always get my period whenever I am running or going in water while shooting,” shared Ashnoor. The young actress’s solution to this situation was to use three pads. “I put one on the front, one at the back, and one on top of the two.” This hack helps Ashnoor to balance out her excessive flow while wearing shorts on top.
Ashnoor Kaur further talked about the one time when she had a period blood stain on the side of her skirt and on the chair when she was leaving after giving her exam. However, the situation did not turn embarrassing for Ashoor as the girl sitting next to her assured that she would take care of it.

Ashnoor Kaur is a TV actress who first got famous for her role in the show Jhansi Ki Rani in 2009. The 21-year-old actress has since starred in many hit TV shows like Suman Indori, Patiala Babes, and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She is currently making headlines for starring in Bigg Boss 19 as the youngest contestant of the season.
