According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Anushka Sharma-starrer Netflix film was almost complete with just a few VFX shots remaining before it was shut down. However, since Netflix and Clean Slate Filmz parted ways, the film’s premiere date remained uncertain. The delay was reportedly caused by creative disputes and budget constraints, but no official statement has been published.
Anushka Sharma reportedly had an intense training for seven months to prepare for the biography of Jhulan Goswami after her maternity leave. Directed by Prosit Roy, it was going to be different from all the sports biopics released before this.
Meanwhile, the actress is currently enjoying her motherhood with her kids, Vamika, Akaay, and husband Virat Kohli.
