Lionel Messi’s visit got a lot more intriguing after his ultra luxurious moment with Anant Ambani. Reports suggest that the billionaire gifted the football icon a USD 1.2 million watch, which is shocking to all of us! Yes, you heard it right, the footballer got a rare watch from the billionaire businessman. The news came out after he visited the wildlife rescue rehabilitation centre founded by Ambani called Vantara.

During the visit, the Argentine icon was discovered sporting an ultra-rare Richard Mille timepiece halfway through the engagement. Observers remarked that Messi arrived without a watch, but was later seen wearing a Richard Mille RM 003-V2 GMT Tourbillon ‘Asia Edition’. For those unfamiliar, the watch is a limited-edition masterpiece, with only 12 pieces created worldwide. The watch, which has a black carbon case and a skeleton dial, is priced at USD 1.2 million, or Rs. 10,91,68,020. The pricey item drew global notice, symbolising Messi and Anant Ambani’s strong relationship.

Adding to the excitement, Anant Ambani, known for his lavish lifestyle and love of watches, was spotted wearing one of the most unique watches ever manufactured. Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s youngest son wore the Richard Mille RM 056 Sapphire Tourbillon, a one-of-a-kind timepiece worth USD 5 million (roughly Rs. 45.59 crore).
