Amaal Mallik Reacts After Sachet, Parampara Release Chats Denying Plagiarism Claims

Bigg Boss 19 ended last week; however, contestant Amaal Mallik has remained in the headlines. The music composer has claimed that the song ‘Bekhayali’ from Kabir Singh, composed by Sachet and Parampara, was actually his song and had been copied. In an interview, Mallik claimed that certain politics from certain singers and music labels made him lose the whole album of Kabir Singh that he had discussed with Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Amaal Mallik Reacts To Sachet and Parampar’s Response Amid Plagiarism Claims
Following Amaal Mallik’s allegations, Sachet and Parampara came forward and stated that they would send a legal notice for making false claims. They stated that Bekheyali was their original creation that was made in Shahid Kapoor’s office in front of the Kabir Singh team. Reacting to Sachet and Parampar’s response, Amaal Mallik simply stated a “no” when asked about the situation by reporters. He also added a simple “best of luck” in his answer to the question.
What Did Sachet and Parampara Say
On December 10, 2025, Sachet and Parampara took to their social media, where they posted a 7-minute-long video where they addressed Amaal Mallik’s claims of them plagiarising his song Bekheyali for the movie Kabir Singh. They slammed Amaal and said that the film’s crew was involved in the song creation process as well. Sachet and Parampara also shared the chat that they had with Mallik during the release of the songs. Amaal had congratulated the composers on the song’s release and praised them for it.
They also revealed that they did not have Amaal Mallik’s number, and it was he who had contacted them first. So, they were very confused about why the Bigg Boss contestant came out and claimed that the song was created taking references from Amaal’s old songs.
