Allu Arjun’s Bail Plea Gets Postponed; Stampede Case To Be Heard By The Court On THIS Date
The court hearing was first postponed to December 30 which was again pushed to January 3!

Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun is currently facing legal trouble due to the death of a woman in a stampede accident during his film’s event. The actor’s bail plea hearing has been postponed. A local Hyderabad court will hear the case on January 3, 2025. Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to his X (Formerly Twitter) account to share this major update on the stampede case.
Allu Arjun’s Bail Plea Gets Postponed
On Sunday, December 29, trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to his social media and wrote, “BREAKING: Verdict on Allu Arjun Bail hearing pushed to January 3rd.” Allu Arjun was arrested on December 23 in connection to the case. He was then produced before Nampally court which remanded him to a 14-day judicial custody. He was granted interim bail on a personal bond of Rs 50,000 for 4 weeks.
The custody ended on December 27, post which the actor appeared in court via video conference. However, no announcement was made by the court and the trial was pushed to December 30, which has now been pushed to January 3, 2025.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun was recently questioned by the Hyderabad police in connection with the crime. According to reports, police officials want to submit a petition in court challenging the actor’s interim bail. They claim that on December 4, the Pushpa 2 star was asked to leave the theatre, but refused, resulting in a stampede. The actor has not responded to this claim as of yet.
Several protestors also landed at his residence to demand justice. They vandalised the property and damaged a part of his house as well. Following this incident, the security outside his house was beefed up.
