Earlier, the rumours about the granddaughter of Shinsegae Group, Annie, debuting in MEOVV surfaced. The internet was buzzing about it and were counting days. However, she didn’t debut with the girl group and was later introduced as the member of co-ed group ALLDAY Project. The co-ed group, including Annie, Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan, and Youngseo, has been making waves online and their songs Wicked and Famous are topping charts and have gone viral on Instagram.
ALLDAY PROJECT Annie’s Trainee Life
Recently Annie appeared on the talk show Salon Drip 2, where she shared insights into her journey as a trainee and her audition process. The K-pop idol also revealed whether she was treated differently due to her status and more. Firstly, she revealed how she balanced online classes with her training and submitting weekly evaluation videos for feedback.
Then during school breaks, she returned to Korea and treated the company like her full-time job and dedicated herself to improving her skills. Also, while she was a trainee, Annie invited her group members to her house at night to practise and have food together.

There has been much talk about whether Annie received special treatment because of her family background. As the granddaughter of Samsung’s chairman, some assumed her path to fame was easier. However, Annie made it clear that her debut came through determination and she worked just as hard as others.
