All You Need To Know About Border 2’s Morning Shows Getting Cancelled In Multiple Cities!

Reportedly, Sunny Deol's Border 2 was not ready for theatre release till late Thursday night.

Bollywood star Sunny Deol’s Border 2 has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. The film had already garnered much attention from many cities, with its shows starting as early as 7:30 and 8:00 AM. About Border 2 Release

According to a Film Information report, Border 2 was not ready for theatre release till late Thursday night. Delivery platforms like UFO Moviez reportedly said that the download would begin late, which eventually delayed the screening in some parts of India. As per a senior trade person, “The content is expected by midnight… Given the content status, morning shows look very difficult.”

The report also revealed that the download would begin at 6:30, and since the film is 192 minutes long, it could take at least 3-4 hours for it to be ready for screenings. As of now, shows between 8 am and 9 am are cancelled in many cities. According to a trade insider who spoke to Hindustan Times, these morning shows were indeed cancelled, confirming the rumours. However, the first presentation of the day at 10 a.m. is now being targeted by the exhibitors.

Border 2 is one of the most anticipated Hindi films of the year. Produced by Nidhi Dutta and Bhushan Kumar, the picture is projected to gain considerably from good word-of-mouth, which could result in an instant jump in box-office collections, especially given its worldwide distribution.

Border 2’s strong advance booking numbers suggest that the picture will have a profitable debut. While the picture has been creating consistent hype for weeks, its pre-release performance has recently piqued the audience’s interest. Advance bookings began on Wednesday, just two days before its scheduled January 23 release.
