Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt is gearing up for his upcoming action film with YRF called Alpha, starring Sharvari and Bobby Deol. While the makers have never confirmed anything, rumours surfaced that there had been some conflicts during the shoot of the film. As per reports by 123 Telugu, the situation escalated so much that producer Aditya Chopra had to meddle and handle the situation himself. Reports suggested that he spoke to both Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol and tried to complete the shoot without complications. It is important to note that these are just alleged details and that nothing has been confirmed as of now. Meanwhile, Alpha, which was supposed to release on Christmas 2025, got pushed to April 17, 2026. As per Yash Raj Films, there was still more work on the VFX of the film, and they wanted to bring it to the audience in a better way.

The production banner said that since this was a special film for them, they did not want to rush anything. Reports also claimed that the film could also be released on OTT, as YRF is being cautious considering the performances of Mardaani 3 and War 2. According to reports, Alia Bhatt will be upset if such a decision is made, as this is the first female-led action film in the Yash Raj Spy Universe and was intended to be shown solely on the big screen.

The film’s narrative is also highly interesting. Bobby Deol was seen briefly in War 2′s post-credits scene, where he stated the word Alpha.
