Guess What? Alia Bhatt Will Be Making Her Red Carpet Debut At The Cannes Film Festival!

After owning the red carpet twice at the iconic MET Gala, Bollywood star Alia Bhatt is all set to make her debut at the Cannes Film Festival. She will be making this debut as the global brand ambassador for the beauty brand  L’Oreal Paris. Bhatt will be joining Aishwarya Rai Bachchan at the festival, which will be taking place from May thirteen to twenty-four. L’Oreal is also celebrating its twenty-eighth anniversary at the film gala.

Alia Bhatt To Debut At The Cannes Film Festival

Announcing the big news, Alia Bhatt talked about the exciting debut. She told ANI, There’s something absolutely special about firsts — and I’m so excited to make my Festival de Cannes debut this year, an iconic celebration of cinema and self-expression.” She expressed how it was an honour to represent the brand with this years’ theme being ‘Lights, Beauty, and Action.’ To Alia, beauty is celebrating individuality, confidence, and self-worth. She was proud to be associated with a brand that empowered women as they were.

On the red carpet, L’Oreal Paris will be represented by Eva Longoria, Viola Davis, Jane Fonda, Aja Naomi King, Andie MacDowell, Simone Ashley, Elle Fanning, Bebe Vio, and Yseult, in addition to its significant Indian participation. Alia was recently spotted in Mumbai at the WAVES summit. Alia commemorated Maharashtra Day with her attire. She was dressed in a Maharashtrian-style Paithani sari.

Fans will see the actor in Alpha, her next film. Alpha, which is slated for release on December 25 and is directed by Shiv Rawail, is expected to be a noteworthy addition to Yash Raj Films’ celebrated spy universe. In addition, she co-stars with Ranbir and Vicky Kaushal in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War.
