Alia Bhatt Advices Moms To Appreciate Their Body In A Note On Postpartum

Alia Bhatt recently welcomed her firstborn–Raha, with husband/actor Ranbir Kapoor. And ever since, the actress is often seen visiting her yoga class or hitting the gym post her pregnancy. While very little is known about how the couple is embracing this new journey, Alia recently penned a beautiful note on motherhood. The actress took to her Instagram handle to share her postpartum journey and how she learned to love her body.

In a long note, Alia pens down her experience of re-building her connection to her core, after almost a month and a half after her delivery. In the caption sitting beside her picture in which she is seen performing yoga, the actress shares an advice for fellow moms on appreciating the miracle that their body has created. With this, she also says, “After what my body did this year I have taken a vow to never be hard on myself again.” Take a look at her note below:

She also encouraged fellow moms-to-be or new moms who are in their postpartum phase to follow their gut, and not be hard on themselves, and their bodies.
