While talking to the fashion magazine Vogue, Alia Bhatt addressed questions about her mental health after becoming a working mother. And it was for the very first time that the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress opened up about taking therapy to tackle the fears that comes with the responsibilities of being a mother and a career-oriented woman.

Alia Bhatt revealed that she takes therapy to deal with the fears of working mothers. The actress further added that even though her star image makes the job easier, she constantly wonders about what others would be thinking about her role as a mother. Alia Bhatt revealed that she often becomes critical of herself. To deal with the doubts and questions, Alia Bhatt regularly seeks therapy. The actress also said that therapy helps her understand how she cannot resolve these issues overnight and that it will take time to evolve. As per the interview, the Brahmastra actress also expressed her positive feelings about managing her roles well and discovering a new self every day, as per the interview.
