The star has been selected as one of the presenters at BAFTA Awards 2026, and Alia’s post is proof that she is really excited for it. The Jigra star took to her social media to share on official post from the BAFTAs Instagram page, and she also asked everyone to spot her. She further wrote the day on which is this prestigious awards is going to take place, and it’s proof of how excited she is. Alia Bhatt is one of the presenters this year, as per the reports. The ceremony will take place on February 22, Sunday at London’s Royal Festival Hall. This is first time when the actor is going to be a part of the awards’ presenters list. The other actors on this list are Cillian Murphy, Kate Hudson,Gillian Anderson, Glenn Close, Bryan Cranston, Stellan Skargard Emily Watson and Ethan Hawke among others.

For the unversed, Boong from Indian filmmaker Lakshmipriya Devi has also been nominated in the Children’s and Family film category along with films Arco, Lilo And Stitch and Zootropolis 2. It’s a Manipuri-language film and the director will also been in attendance.
