Bollywood star Akshay Kumar just showed us some excellent entrepreneurial skills by earning a whopping 91 per cent, not from a film but from real estate. According to reports, he sold two of his luxurious residential apartments located in Mumbai’s Borivali for Rs 7.10 Crores. About Akshay Kumar’s Apartment Sale
According to Square Yards, Akshay Kumar just sold two adjoining apartments that were spread across 25 acres. The Oberoi Realty property is a residential flat consisting of 3BHK, 3BHK+ studio, and duplex apartments. He had bought these apartments in 2017. While one of his apartments that he bought for Rs 3.02 crore sold for Rs 5.75 included a 1,101 sq. ft space and two car parking spaces. The other apartment cost him Rs 67.90 at the time of purchase, and was sold for Rs 1.35 Crores.
In sum, the actor sold both apartments for ₹7.10 crore, resulting in a 91.95 per cent return in 8 years. Akshay Kumar has a number of upcoming films. He will next appear in Priyadarshan’s Bhooth Bangla, which co-stars Wamiqa Gabbi and Paresh Rawal. Furthermore, Hera Pheri 3, starring Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal, is finally moving on after much debate.
Akshay is also going to play the protagonist in Welcome to the Jungle, which stars around 15 actors. Other projects include Haiwaan and Jolly LLB 3. Priyadarshan, the filmmaker, just revealed Haiwaan, which would reunite Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan 17 years after their previous film Tashan.
