Akanksha Chamola Is Not Ready For A Child
On the show, Gaurav Khanna has revealed multiple times that his wife Akanksha Chamola does not want to have kids. When she entered the BB house Akanksha bluntly spoke about her decision. During a conversation with contestants Malti Chahar and Pranit More, Akanksha expressed that the future seems difficult and that she does not feel the need to have a child. Adding to that, Akanksha revealed having many reasons for it and when one finds these many reasons, then they aren’t simply ready. Akanksha is not afraid of having a kid. While highlighting the fact that it’s a huge responsibility, she told the contestants that giving birth is not like making “halwa.”. Akanksha explained that she has to build her career; she has her own ambitions and now people are calling her “selfish.” Her husband joined this chat and dismissed that she was being selfish.
We Support Akanksha Chamola’s Decision
Women are often defined by their personal choices and are scrutinised for every single decision that they make. The criticism elevates when they decide not to marry or be childless. People judge those women for putting themselves or their ambitions first because how dare a woman not know her “biological duties?” It’s high time people need to start minding their own business. We laud Akanskha for being firm and not folding under societal pressures.
