More troubles for Nayanthara as another legal dispute over her wedding documentary, Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale, has surfaced on the internet! Earlier, Dhanush filed a legal complaint against Nayanthara and Netflix for using footage from his film without consent. It sparked a massive debate on the internet, and now the makers of Chandramukhi have taken legal action against the lady superstar. Read on to know more!

Another Lawsuit Over Nayanthara’s Wedding Documentary

Last year, she received a legal notice from Dhanush regarding the documentary, and it led to a massive discussion on the internet! However, during that time, Nayanthara responded to Dhanush’s claims with a strong statement on social media. But, it seems like there is no end to these legal troubles! Now, the makers of Chandramukhi have also taken legal action, claiming that footage from their film was used in the documentary without permission.

News reports say that the makers of Chandramukhi have sent a legal notice to both Nayanthara and Netflix. Well, the issue is regarding a clip from Chandramukhi that was used in the wedding documentary without their consent. According to actor Chitra Lakshmanan, the makers of Chandramukhi are unhappy about certain scenes from their film being included in a documentary. In the notice, they are asking for ₹5 crore in compensation from Nayanthara and the streaming platform. Well, Nayanthara has not replied to these claims yet. Moreover, Chandramukhi is directed by P. Vasu and it stars Rajinikanth, Jyothika, Nayanthara and others in prominent roles.
