The scandal around It Ends With Us has grown, with actress Isabela Ferrer joining the line with accusations against director Justin Baldoni. Isabel Ferrer, 24, who played the younger version of Blake Lively’s character Lily Bloom in the 2024 film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s hit novel, accuses Baldoni and his team of being inappropriate to her once she became involved in the legal battle between Lively and Baldoni.
Isabel Ferrer Accuses Justin Baldoni Of Harassment
According to court filings dated Aug. 17, Ferrer received a subpoena from Lively’s legal team as part of the ongoing dispute. Her attorneys explained that when she asked Baldoni’s production company, Wayfarer Studios, to cover her legal costs as outlined in her contract, the studio agreed only if she handed over control of her response to the subpoena.
Her lawyers claim that once she rejected those terms, Baldoni started intimidating and pressuring her. They claim he subsequently made a motion against her that they characterise as an effort to “harass and cause chaos” around an up-and-coming young actress still building her career.
The filing further relates that Ferrer has been cyber-bullied with threats since the conflict was made public. Her lawyers contend it is an extension of a broader pattern of conduct designed to coerce her into submission. They added that Ferrer will satisfy her lawful responsibilities but will not be intimidated or bullied.
The fresh allegations arise as Baldoni is in increasing legal jeopardy. In December 2024, Lively made a formal complaint with the California Civil Rights Department, claiming Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios executives had created a hostile working environment and retaliated against her once she complained about it. She called the on-set environment invasive and unprofessional and charged Baldoni with sexually inappropriate behaviour.

Justin Baldoni has maintained he did nothing wrong, with his lawyer accusing Lively of making false and defamatory charges. Nevertheless, the repercussions have been considerable: his agency WME terminated its representation, and a number of industry peers, including author Colleen Hoover and members of the cast have publicly stood with Lively.
With Isabel Ferrer’s claims now on the record, the case should be attracting even more publicity as it heads towards trial in March 2026.
