For W Korea’s Breast Cancer Awareness charity event, Karina opted for a simple black midi dress with a low neckline. Some internet users called it too bold and revealing for the event. They pointed out the dress showed more skin than they thought was right for a charity event. The users also stated that no pink ribbons were added anywhere.
