ADOR Found Not Guilty In Mistreating NewJeans Aka NJZ Manager

The investigation revealed that the manager had been contacting advertisers and brands on behalf of the group, bypassing ADOR, which the agency considered a breach of contract. Following this, the manager filed their own complaint, alleging workplace bullying. This complaint was also investigated by the Ministry, which found no evidence to support the claims against HYBE’s CEO. The ministry stated they could not confirm that workplace bullying had occurred. Essentially, both sides’ accusations against each other did not hold up under official scrutiny.

A trial to determine the validity of NewJeans’ exclusive contract with ADOR will follow on April 3, 2025.
