All You Need To Know About Aditya Dhar’s Production House Getting Banned By BMC For Dhurandhar 2 Shoot!

In recent events, Bollywood filmmaker Aditya Dhar’s B62 Productions has been blacklisted by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for repeated on-set violations. This comes after the makers were allegedly found flouting many rules during the shoot of Dhurandhar: The Revenge, featuring Ranveer Singh, in Mumbai recently. A complaint was launched by a local resident about the use of fire torches at the same time. Read to know more about what happened here.
About Dhurandhar: The Revenge
According to India Today, the team of Dhurandhar 2 was ‘verbally warned’ on set against using fire torches until the shoot was completed. Later, five torches were seized by the police from the location, and after the incident, BCM’s maintenance staff submitted a proposal note to the Deputy Municipal Commissioner (zone 1) suggesting a forfeiture of the Rs 25,000 security deposit held on the online permission platform. Apart from this, they also urged for the blacklist of Komal Pokhariyal and Nasir Khan, who had signed not to use fire during the shoot.
The BMC also urged a Rs 1 lakh penalty for violation of the undertaking. The note also said that the production house would be blacklist from applying to the online facility of the Maharashtra Film City. Dhar’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge is scheduled for a March 19 release. The film is a sequel to his smash Dhurandhar, which debuted on December 5, 2025, to tremendous box office success. Aditya Dhar directed the film, which stars Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Danish Pandor, and Sara Arjun.
