Korean movie Shark: The Beginning made waves in 2021 as Korean subscription service TVING’s first original film. Now the project is returning with a 6-part series titled Shark: The Storm. The plot for the sequel is about the journey of Cha Woo Sol (Kim Min Seok) after being released from prison and how he dedicates himself to become a professional mixed martial arts fighter. But just as Woo Sol starts to get his life back together, he finds himself entangled in a brutal fight for survival against a new and ruthless enemy Hyun Woo Yong (Lee Hyun Wook).
