The allegations have been made by violinist Brian King Joseph, who accompanied the actor on his 2025 tour. Will Smith Faces S*xual Harassment Allegations
Actor and rapper Will Smith is facing serious s*xual harassment charges by violinist Brian King Joseph, who was a part of his tour in 2025. As per reports by Variety, the violinist has sued the actor and Treyball Studios Management. As per Brian, the first time he collaborated with Will Smith was in November 2024, for a show in San Diego. He again was asked to come on board for Smith’s True Story 2025 tour. As per the reports, the incidents that are being talked about happened in March, during the first leg of the tour. Reportedly, Will Smith had also passed uncomfortable comments like “You and I have such a special connection.” Furthermore, the lawsuit also claims that that Brian faced a weird situation in the hotel that was arranged by the management. As per the reports, the bag which had his room keys was missing for several hours before he got it back from the management, the only people who had access to the room.
In the lawsuit, there is a mention of Brian receiving a letter in his room after getting back the keys. The letter was from a stranger in which the person had written, “Brian, I’ll be back no later” with a heart. Reportedly, Brian immediately informed about this to the hotel security and Will Smith’s representative but no action was taken, instead Brian’s claims were dismissed. Going by the reports, it was after this incident that he was dropped from the tour.

Brian is seeking compensation for the financial losses and stress. However, Will Smith has not yet responded to the allegations.
