According to Pinkvilla, the makers of King, have roped in Abhay Verma, renowned for his role in Munjya, to play a pivotal part in the high-octane thriller. Abhay Verma’s stellar performance has garnered him recognition and paved the way for significant opportunities, including a prominent role alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Abhay revealed that he is looking forward to embarking on this major cinematic venture. However, the details regarding his character in the film are not revealed and the makers are trying to keep it a secret.
Reportedly, they further also disclosed that the casting process for King is in full swing. With the script locked in, the production team has already decided on the locations both in India and abroad. Currently, the focus is on finalizing the ensemble cast alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Suhana Khan, and Abhishek Bachchan. Produced by Shah Rukh Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment and Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand’s production house, Marflix.
