Okay, it’s all about beliefs, at the end of the day, and recently, actor Paresh Rawal revealed that he drank urine for a knee injury and also claimed that it had worked wonders.  But looks like he is not just the one who believes this. Recently, Aashiqui actor Anu Aggarwal also listed the benefits of drinking urine. She enlightened the audience on this practice in Yoga. Anu Aggarwal Lists Benefits Of Drinking Urine

Anu Aggarwal is popularly known for her role in Aashiqui, and she has recently been giving interviews. During the interviews with Instant Bollywood, the actor wondered why people were shocked about it and said that it was either due to a lack of awareness or just ignorance. Elaborating on the same, the actor said that urine is termed as Aamroli, and it was a proper gesture in Yoga. Anu Aggarwal further explained that one should be careful about not consuming the entire urine but just a part of it, which is called the Amrit or Elixir. The actor revealed that she had practised it too and added that it had multiple benefits like anti-ageing, wrinkle-free skin and overall health.

She also backed the practice by saying that Yog was 10,000 years old in comparison to science, which was just 200 years old.

Apart from films, the actor also started the Anu Aggawal Foundation and the NGO focuses on mental health problems among other things. She is also a motivational speaker and had started her acting journey in 1990.
