Aanand L. Rai Talks About Dhanush’s Role From Tere Ishk Mein
Aanand L. Rai spoke about the comparison between Dhanush’s Tere Ishk Mein character and Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal during an interview with The Hindu. He clarified that it doesn’t come from the same space. Rai added that there are similarities when it comes to these characters’ rage and aggression, but those are just the “ingredients” and not the entire story. Talking about Dhanush’s onscreen alpha male persona, the acclaimed director stated that one does not conceive a story thinking of their character as an “alpha.” According to Aanand L. Rai, the character in his story is has an emotional and sensitive touch to him, and he does not do anything wrong.
