According to the various news reports, actor Aamir Khan has received death threats from the members of the Bishnoi gang. The threats were given through social media posts and a voice, and Mumbai is currently investigating the matter. Reportedly, there have been no official complaints from Aamir Khan or his team. Did Aamir Khan Receive Threats From Bishnoi Gang?
Going by an NDTV report, the threat was given through a social media post and a voice note. Reports suggest that the threat was issued by Arzu Bishnoi and Tyson Bishnoi, who are allegedly the brothers of the gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The report further says that the post allegedly issued by the Bishnoi brothers was regarding Aamir Khan’s third marriage. The post alleged ‘Love Jihad’ accusations against the actor and warned him against such practices in the country. The note mentioned that these things would be tolerated, and there would be consequences for them. It further read, “Those encouraging this in the name of stardom will be silenced.”
As per the reports, the note also spoke about the s*xual assault case of the 13-year-old girl in Rajasthan. While it praised the authorities for acting swiftly over it, it had a warning for any political members trying to cover up or protect any of the accused in the matter.
Furthermore, the report suggests that the Mumbai Police have not yet received any official complaint from Aamir Khan or his team. They are also looking into the post and the voice note.
Before this, many actors from the Entertainment industry, like Salman Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, among others, have received threats from the Bishnoi gang.
