Michelle Monaghan
Played by Michelle Monaghan, Julia Meade was the protagonist in Mission Impossible III but she did make some cameos in other parts of the franchise too. She was Ethan Hunt’s wife and both were immensely in love with each other but eventually parted ways. She is a nurse and has a huge impact on Ethan’s life even after they were separated. Well, that’s the power of first love, maybe!
Rebecca Ferguson
The fearless and kaafi sharp with her fighting skills, Ilsa Fause played by Rebecca Ferguson is an ex-M16 agent who then goes on to work as an undercover assassin. This character was introduced in Mission Impossible: Nation Rogue and again came back in its sequel released in 2018. Well, she later becomes a great help to Ethan Hunt and his team.
Maggie Q
Zhen Lein, played by Maggie Q was one of the closest allies to Ethan Hunt. She was bold, smart and a fighter who was shown in the 2006 Mission Impossible film III.
Paula Patton
Jane Carter was introduced in Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and was one of the strongest female characters in the franchise, and is an IMF agent just like Ethan Hunt. She wants revenge on Sabine, another Mission Impossible character who killed Jane’s boyfriend. The character of Jane Carter was played by Paula Patton.

One of the greatest female assassins written in the Mission Impossible franchise was Sabine Moreau played by Lea Seydoux. She is swift with her tasks, has lots of connections and is very intelligent. Sabine eventually dies at the hands of Jane Carter.

Angela Bassett was seen as Erika Sloane in Mission Impossible-Fallout. She is the CIA director and has built a strong trust with IMF’s Ethan Hunt and his team. Erika Sloane is the female character that takes no bullshit and knows how to do her job well!
Vanessa Redgrave
Clearly the opposite of Erika Sloane, Max Mitsopolis is sly, and manipulative and is everything that her profession demands her to be. She is an arms dealer and the role was played by Vanessa Redgrave. The character appeared in the debut film of the Mission Impossible franchise and then went on to appear as the antagonist in some other parts too.

Vanessa Kirby played Alanna Mitsopolis AKA White Widow is another important female character that appears in Mission Impossible: Fallout. Daughter of Max and a lot smarter than her mother. She is the character who knows how to keep her image clean in public by doing the work of philanthropists but did dirty her hands by getting money through the arms dealing business.
Thandiwe Newton
A thief turned spy, Thandiwe Newton played this female character who is smart and equipped to manage herself in difficult situations as well. Nyah appears only in Mission Impossible II.
Zhang Jingchu
Zhang Jingchu played the female character of Lauren who doesn’t have hand-to-hand combats because she can easily destroy targets with just the click of her fingers. This character is an analyst, geek and can take out information in no time. Asset or what!
Pom Klementieff
Pom Klementieff is all set to join the female characters world of the Mission Impossible franchise as an assassin name Paris. She will be seen in the latest part of Dead Reckoning 1.
