Sanchika Pandey is a believer in the popular saying, “Khushiyaan baatney se badhthi hai!” So, when it came to deciding the tone of the content that would be posted on the official pages, responsible humour was picked after much discussion and brainstorming. Sanchika said that humour has been an intrinsic part of her personality since childhood, and that reflects in the one-liners she posts on Mumbai Police’s social media. “I met some perfect government officials who shared this kind of understanding of responsible humour,” she said. She also credited her young team for adding the youth to the posts!

Talking about her her team of young girls and boys who prevents the content from getting boring, Sanchika Pandey said, “They add a youthful fervour to the posts which could have gotten aged with my age.” She also said that she is glad to have these youngsters on her team which help her understand things on the Internet which she does not.

Pandey, who is a former journalist, added that her team initially consisted of women only and that they had the best experience when they started working with the Mumbai Police. Showering heaps of praise on them, Sunchika said that Mumbai Police is always ready to hear their suggestions.
