The saved section on my Instagram is filled with celebrity pictures. Before you assume I am obsessed with celebs, that’s not the case. I mean, sure, I double tap those Viral Bhiyani’s posts of juicy Bollywood goss, but what I press the save icon for is the killer outfits and the most stylish looks that these celebrities drop. I organise the looks according to the categories like occasion wear, athleisure and glam, if there was a feature to accommodate that. Instagram, you listening? Anyway, for the longest time, Bollywood was on a style sabbatical because of the lockdown and the only looks we saw included either yoga pants, PJs or basic T-shirts. However, since the shoots and airport looks have officially resumed, the celebs too are back in their chic and experimental looks. And, it is pretty much evident from the looks we saw last week.

Celebrities are our prime source for hottest trends, fashion inspiration and styling tips. Be it their airport looks or a red carpet outfit, they serve major inspo that we find ourselves stealing. It seems like they were committed to debuting the most OTT and quirky looks last week. It was all about snazzy fashion and trendiest style for the celebs. From bright neons paired with a shimmer top to ruffled saree, the fashion looks galore in the week that went by was absolutely note-worthy. We’ve saved the best looks and curated the ones that we absolutely loved here for you. Here are all the celebrities who won us with their fashion choices last week aka the jazziest looks in town, nay B-town!

Janhvi Kapoor started the promotions for Roohi last week and style-wise, she is on a neon binge, it seems. She wore a neon green dress and then dropped this very chic look featuring fuschia pants and a silver backless top. The outfit is not for the fashion minimalists. It has shimmer, neon and those gorgeous rings from Joolry by Karishma Mehra; this look is striking from every angle.

We love a saree. What we love more is an effortless and fuss-free saree. Madhuri Dixit’s ruffled drape completely blew us over. This Arpita Mehta number comes with tiered ruffles in the place of pleats that makes it so trendy and super chic, not to mention easy to manage. And, it is embellished with minimal gold embroidery that’s adding all the glam you need in an Indian wear.

Talking about Indian wear, velvet is the fabric of the moment and has been incorporated in salwar suits, sarees and lehengas extensively. Vaani Kapoor wore this Anita Dongre emerald velvet Zaida set that checks all the boxes for us. The pretty ensemble is perfect for millennials to sport all year round.

When she is not wearing a beautiful saree, Kirti Kulhari knows how to slay in a super chic outfit. She wore a white shirt and black pants and slipped on a white organza apron dress, all by fashion brand Quod. We love the styling and the monochrome situation going on in this look. It is equal parts edgy and cool. And we love it.

How cute is this white crop top with ruched details? Oh, wait! I think I love those statement pants even more. Aditi Rao Hydari wore these colourful printed pants in flared fit and coupled them with a summery crop top featuring billowy sleeves for the promotion of The Girl On The Train. Is it the coolest boho look you have seen in awhile or what? Okay, I think I am ready for summer!
