This Maa Durga Puja Pandal depicts the lives of sex workers and pays tribute to them in more than one way. What an innovative idea, sirji!

Under the theme of Parichai which translates to Identity, a Maa Durga Puja pandal of Nawpara Dadabhai Sangh Puja Committee in Kolkata quite innovatively depicts the lives of sex workers. The idol of Maa Durga installed in the pandal is made up of silicon for the first time. According to the reports, the idol has been given the form of a mother, it is an attempt to showcase that even a sex worker has the form of a mother which is so heartwarming, to be honest!
